But I enjoyed this thoughtful BKK Post article about Thailand being tolerant of all Religions and all credit to Thailand for that . . . Chantaburi has Thailand's largest Roman Catholic Cathedral and several large Catholic Schools. There'll be lavish celebrations which are widely enjoyed.

''Christians in Thailand will celebrate one of their most holy days today in peace'' . . .  and ''Thailand came to embrace religious celebrations outside of Buddhism when Siam was an international crossroads. Openness and acceptance of others' beliefs and holy observance is part of the nation's DNA....''
