I thought I would post some of the food & drink items that I have come across while out supermarket shopping and that I could recommend. Strangely for some one living in Thailand I am not too keen on spicy food so many of the Thai foods and products have to sadly be off my list.

Back in the UK I use to love beans on toast so finding these Thai brand baked beans in Japanese curry sauce started me off again with the beans on toast . ( Tesco’s – Big C )

The bread is one of the nicest I have come across ( 7-11 )

The Tandoori Garlic Nan are very nice and the best I have found so far ( Makro )

The Chicken Tikka Masala ready meal – not spicy and an ideal quick meal ( 7-11 )

Have you found any food or drink items while out shopping that you could please recommend 🙏

It's a coincidence that I bought a tin of those curried beans last week but I haven't tried them yet.

I like the sauce and the chicken in the Tikka Masala a lot but the rice is poor and they should definitely stop putting peas and diced carrots in the rice. For me, that meal is the best in their 69 baht range, although I noticed yesterday a new addition that I have not tried yet.

Simian - here's the website for Korat Chef - as Pompui mentions . . .

http://www.koratchef.com/ there's a lot to see.

IMO KC are invaluable - my favourite, the jar of beetroot - I always stock up on when in Korat.

Korat Chef now have a new shop, next door but one, and as ever, I am a great Fan   ;D

Last visit, Manchester marmalade, Marmite (60% more in the squeezy @ B329), beetroot, gherkins, Oxo, cheese, Chorizo sausages, pies and 6 pasties for Bob !

Surely now for Falang, a Korat institution . . . .

BTW not seen much about Nookie Bear lately ? Hope he's OK.
