Where's Pookie?

I got the short name Pook when I was born. Due to it was nickname of Miss Universe , Apasara Hongsakula.

Many Thai girls were born in that period , given name Pook , me too....
I seemed not like this name because there were 2-3 Pook in same classroom such as Kindergarten , high school and University. mm... And someone called her/his dog that Pook/Pookie.

The singer Pookie was very famous with song Sha la la ....

I worked in an office in Bangkok with foreigners. They also called me Pook.
But I became a tour guide working with foreigners and Thai people. So Pook was too short and misunderstood. Then I used Pookie , easy to remember and call.     

Fortunately , Miss Thailand 2010 has nickname Pook Look.

I was a tour guide for Japanese tourists. I introduced my name Pookie.....
They didn't smile or responded as western tourists.
Then I said that Pocky  ... They were laugh and all did repeat the name.
All Japanese people knows Pocky , biscuit. I loved it too.

Sorry for no showing long time
I've got busy about HALF-HALF and Raochana. I and mother were lucky get some earning from Government.
And I was enjoy making some Thai dessert. Some friends were kindly ask for orders.
They're not much sweet , it's like snack and cute.
Maybe Korat Farang or family's members would like to try them.

Pookie, I've made most money from my pictures of silk weaving - not the actual weaving, but a process called warping which is before the actual weaving. This kind of industrial picture seems very popular.

You might find pictures of ordinary life in Thailand are popular also - street markets, ordinary life. Be careful to exclude brands - this is always a problem - and the faces of people.
