Has any one else noticed their monthly house electricity cost going up . I just went to the electricity web site and downloaded my past / current monthly charge  information . What a surprise . I have not added any new large electrical appliances over the shown period.

Your bill is rising because the government keeps increasing the electric unit cost. Here is a link to an article from last year. I think the unit cost just increased again in Sept but I have not seen my Sept bill yet.

That's a pretty weird graph. The chances of electricity usage being identical for consecutive months is slim but to have it identical several times and once even for 3 months in a row stretches the bounds of credulity.

The graph area statistics where it shows identical individual cost amounts is when the local electric authority had a special maximum payment ceiling on that individual month so on those special months the payment amounts were the same hope that makes sense

We have 1 or 2 AC's on all the time. Even when sleeping. We like to be comfortable. So, my electric bill ranges from 4,000 to 7,000 baht a month. When it hot outside, the AC's work more. When it's cooler, the AC's don't work so hard and my bill goes down. I noticed to was a little higher this month because of the increase in rate.
Time is nature's way to keep everything from happening all at once.

Thanks for the comment 🙏

Have you ever thought about or considered some sort of solar panels to help reduce your Electricity Bills.

I researched it a little bit. It would take about 7 years to break even. I may not be here in 7 years.  ;)
Also I don't know what the requirements and restrictions are with the electric company.
So, I decided against installing solar.

I never really thought the break even side of solar panel installation - so thats a good point to bear in mind 👍

Just got my electric bill 602 units @ 3031 baht. I can live with that but the prior month I had 684 units @ 2951 baht so there was a unit increase this month. Glad my units are dual inverter units so the electric usage is low. Both units are LG 19,000 BTU units and at least one is running at anytime, sometimes both are running.
