CP Foods and Tesco Lotus

Apparently the Thai 'Authority' concerned has approved CP Foods takeover of Tesco Lotus, giving CP Foods a dominant position as they already have 7/11 and Makro under their ownership.

Tesco has 2000 outlets, 7/11 12,000 and Makro many 'wholesale' stores distributing to wider market sellers.
