I find this report rather confusing.  As I recall, Sura Narai Road is Route 205 and the Khok Sung tambon is to the north of Korat.  I don't quite understand a) exactly where this collapse took place and b) how this new by-pass (?) was being built to ease traffic in "downtown Korat".  Whatever - it seems a pretty shoddy piece of construction!

???  from the link it seems that it was the scaffolding and the concrete 'shuttering' that collapsed and from the pics, that's what came down, not too much concrete. Slightly less worrying than if the concrete sections had fallen   ::)

"An initial investigation found workers were on scaffolds to prepare the bed for paving. They were filling concrete into the bed when the scaffolds collapsed."
