I have not yet recovered fully but am slowly getting better.

Thanks  For asking. i had a mild stroke but other than a problem on my left side I was lucky that it was not much worse.

NO doubt my punishment for my sediantry lifestyle. Too much booze and fags no doubt didn't help. I hope to be back on the foru, soon. I will cotact Alfie too.
