Weather Forecasts

The weather forecasting in this country is unbelievably bad!  I reckon I could do better with a fircone or seaweed!  Does anyone know of an app that is a notch above absolutely hopeless?   I have tried most of them - Acuweather is a joke, TMD almost as bad etc etc -
