Let's all predict a top and bottom three clubs for the premiership (or any other league you are interested in).

Prem top three: Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea

Bottom three: need to think about that.

And once again Middlesbrough managed to concede a goal in injury time to make it 2-2. Who would be a Boro fan? What a cross to bear. Bugger!!!  :(

Aston Villa is an interesting choice Alfie. Any particular reason? (Sorry TP I don't usually talk about football, but indulge us a tad, if you will!!  ;D)

No particular reason, Toddy. Nothing scientific or related to football skills, anyway. I was atually going to choose three teams begining with the letter W but I didn't want to be seen to be picking on minority teams  ;D . Then I thought that there are three 'big' teams in Birmingham and that perhaps there wasn't enough money in the city to ensure all three teams performed well. Then I got tired of thinking and just tossed an amulet in the air three times and waited for my pet house lizard to translate the results into Premiership football team losers. Hence the results. That's all.  :)

Thanks for the tip, SD. I will go and empty my bank account and mortgage my house and head straight off to the bookies.  ;)

By the way, when was the last time Newcastle won any silverware?  :o  :D

I think 'Middlesbrough and Newcastle should merge. Take a part of each name and join them together to call them something that shows the union. Something like,

Middlesborough And Newcastle United.  ;)  ;D

Big game for the toon today, SD!! Derbies often produce a draw so I say 1-1.

Half time. Makems 0 Geordies 0. Looks like a typical NE derby with a few yellow cards flashed.
