Honey on tap
« on: February 18, 2015, 11:30:49 AM »

Apparently this is a new invention. Turn a tap and watch as pure fresh clean honey flows out of the hive and into your jar.

Do you think it's for real? How does it work?

At first I thought it was a hoax but then had a look at their website (http://www.honeyflow.com/) and believe it is real. As for how it works if you read through their FAQ it gives you some info.
Fascinating and what a great invention!!

Thanks, Yakosy. Yes, it sounds real, with a clever bit of engineering to extract the honey. Good stuff. Maybe I'll take up beekeeping when I retire - but having watched Bee Movie several times, I might feel a bit guilty about it.
