Blue Steak restaurant in Joho (where did the cook go?)
« on: June 13, 2018, 12:32:29 PM »

We used to visit this restaurant in the past a lot.
But we just heard that the owners separated and that the cook/owner (his name was Beum) opened a new restaurant in Korat.
Does somebody know the name of the new restaurant and where it is?
We used to like his cooking and we want to visit his new restaurant.
Thanks for the help.

He has a counter in the food park in Central Plaza. The first one on the left when looking from Tops.

I've eaten there midday a couple of times. He does pork and chicken steaks and I think T-bone. Well presented but basic, serving his new market.

That looks about right. It is the first counter on the left as you come down the escalator. Opposite the Tops bread shop. The boards over the counter show a selection of steaks.

The ex wife is running the restaurant in JoHo. Still good food.

I saw it at Central today. You really cannot miss it, also because it is called Blue Steak House บลูสเต็กเฮ้าส์. It's in a corner position.
